Focused one-to-one support for people dealing with something current, pressing, or starting to weigh too much.
WHAT THIS IS

Personal Intervention is for situations that are live.

Something is building, repeating, or not being resolved properly.

You may be:

  • stuck in a situation you cannot think clearly about
  • dealing with pressure, stress, or uncertainty
  • going round the same thoughts without moving forward
  • avoiding something you know needs addressing
  • feeling the weight of something that is starting to affect other areas of life


This is not a long programme.

This is a focused session to help you make sense of what is happening and decide what happens next.

WHAT YOU GET

During the session, we will:

  • break down what is actually happening
  • identify the fear-led pattern shaping your thinking and behaviour
  • separate what is real from what is being amplified
  • regain clarity and perspective
  • identify the decisions that need to be made
  • define a clear direction forward


This is practical, direct work.

Not vague discussion. Not surface-level reassurance.

HOW IT WORKS

You can choose the format that suits your needs and situation:

Online Personal Intervention

  • 90 minute sessions
  • Suitable for people who need focused support without travel or location limits


Outdoor Personal Intervention (Walk & Talk)

  • Two hour sessions
  • Available for local clients in the Peak District and Derbyshire Dales area
  • Offered where suitable and weather allows
  • Walking side by side makes conversation feel more natural, reduce intensity, and help create clearer thinking through physical movement and space.

£95 (up to 90 minutes)

Outdoor Personal Intervention / Walk & Talk
£125 (up to two hours)

IMPORTANT DISTINCTION

This is not a coaching programme.

It does not include ongoing support between sessions, and it is not designed to replace structured coaching over time.

If you are looking for longer-term development, pattern work, and structured support across multiple sessions, Personal Coaching will be the better fit.

IMPORTANT BOUNDARY

This is not an emergency or crisis service.

If you are in acute distress, at immediate risk, or require urgent support, you must contact appropriate emergency or medical services.
