HOW IT WORKS
The Personal Coaching Programme runs over four weekly online sessions.
Each session is 60 minutes and builds on the last, giving the work structure, continuity, and direction.
Across the programme, we use practical tools, behavioural techniques, and the STOP Fearing Fear® framework to identify what is happening, apply it to your real situation, agree clear actions, then review what worked, what did not, and what needs adjusting.
Between sessions, you apply what we have worked on in real life, so each session is grounded in action, outcome, and feedback.
