Personal Coaching

Personal Coaching is the more structured side of my one-to-one work. It is designed for people who want more than a one-off conversation or a space to talk things through. It is a focused programme built around goals, direction, progress, and practical movement over time.

This work is mainly delivered online, with occasional in-person sessions possible where appropriate for local clients. The format matters less than the function. This is about helping you get clearer on where you are, where you want to get to, what is getting in the way, and what needs to be built to move forward more effectively.

Personal Coaching is for people who want guidance, structure, and accountability. It is for people who want to overcome barriers, set clearer targets, achieve meaningful aims, and make more steady progress in their lives. It is also for people who know that fear, behaviour, hesitation, or repeated patterns may be holding them back, and who want to understand that more clearly rather than just keep circling the same ground.

What this work is about

This is not just about talking. It is about building. It is about understanding your current position, identifying the barriers in front of you, and creating a clearer route toward where you want to go.

That may involve looking at the fears, behaviours, habits, or responses that keep interfering with progress. It may involve developing more resilience, more direction, and more consistency. It may involve better target-setting, clearer decision-making, or stronger follow-through. Whatever the detail, the focus stays the same: practical progress over time.

What Personal Coaching can help with

Personal Coaching may be useful if you want to:

  • Get clearer on your goals and direction.
  • Overcome barriers that keep slowing you down or knocking you off track.
  • Build more structure, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Understand the behaviours and fears that may be interfering with progress.
  • Develop greater resilience in the face of uncertainty, stress, or difficulty.
  • Move from your current position toward something stronger, clearer, and more deliberate.
What makes this different

Where Walk & Talk is the more immediate and interventional side of the work, Personal Coaching is the more structured programme. It is less about responding to the live situation in front of you and more about building something stronger over time.

That means this work is future-facing. It looks at where you are now, what you are aiming for, what is in the way, and what needs to change for progress to happen. It is more guided, more scaffolded, and more focused on direction, development, and achievement.

How it works

Personal Coaching is one-to-one and tailored to the person. The work is shaped around your goals, your barriers, your patterns, and the direction you want to move in. The emphasis is on guidance, scaffolding, accountability, and practical movement.

For some people, that may mean building confidence and follow-through. For others, it may mean understanding fear more accurately, dealing with self-defeating behaviours, or creating stronger systems for progress. The work can adapt to the person, but the purpose remains the same: to help you move forward in a clearer, steadier, and more effective way.

Who this may be for

Personal Coaching may be a good fit if you want a more structured and goal-focused form of one-to-one support, mainly online, with a practical emphasis on guidance, progress, resilience, and direction.

It may suit you if you want more than a one-off session, more than vague encouragement, and more than simply talking around the problem. It is for people who want to build something, change something, or move something forward.
